13.全部炸好沥干油

14. 炸好的肉团放入一个八角,花椒,葱段,小半碗水加生抽,糖,盐搅拌均匀,倒入狮子头里

15.锅内放入适量水,把大碗放上蒸架,大火蒸15分钟

16.蒸好的狮子头沥干汁,剩下的汁过滤好加入1勺玉米淀粉变粘稠后倒在狮子头上
